Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as least 2 months prior to your event so we have a chance to rebook the date and not charge you any cancellation fees. If you need to cancel in less than 2 months notice, please see the following cancelation fees associated: 31-60 days prior to the event - 50% of event rental base fee 15-29 days prior to the event - 75% of the event rental base fee 1-14 days prior to the event - 100% of event rental fees Less than 6 business hours prior to the event - 100% of event rental fees plus $100 no show fee All communication regarding scheduling should be in writing and emailed to mertoneventvenue@gmail.com Deposit fee is non-refundable, however, it will be applied to your total event invoice as a payment.
